All prices below are from prices (inc VAT). Homes aren’t identical, so wall type, fixings, access and previous work can affect complexity. If anything will be more involved than standard, we’ll explain that clearly before booking.
Attendance fee — £25 inc VAT (per visit)
Each booking includes a £25 attendance fee (inc VAT). This covers travel and attendance, and the time to arrive as agreed and carry out the work.
This is shown separately so pricing stays fair — especially when you have multiple small jobs done in one visit.
Don’t see your job on the list?
That’s completely fine — not every job fits a menu. Most of the time we can provide an estimate directly from a description, photos and a short video. WhatsApp is usually the quickest and easiest way to send these.
